I have 20 years experience in property marketing as well as sourcing properties for individuals, investors and national and multinational companies throughout South Africa.  We are based in Durban in the Province of Kwazulu Natal but have a very experienced network of brokers covering major areas countrywide.

 

Whether you are a very small company seeking to rent or buy a 150 square meter warehouse, or a large blue-chip company seeking to purchase or rent a 100 000 square meter distribution centre, we can gladly assist. No deal is too big or too small. We also work closely with selected, well established and  financially secure developers and property owners so if you cannot find an existing building that suits your specific needs we can source correctly zoned and serviced land and can have one built to your specifications on a turnkey basis. This can be done for you on either a rental or ownership basis. Some of these developers are also keen to enter into joint ventures with selected tenants/clients who wish to eventually own 100% of the building at a later stage.

 

I am also keen to do joint ventures with other commercial/industrial property brokers (whether nationally or internationally) who may need assistance with clients or properties.

 

We are also registered brokers with all the large listed property funds and developers - the likes of Old Mutual Properties, Maponya, Ithala Bank Properties, JT Ross and Sons, Pangborne Properties, Investec Properties, Growthpoint, Capital Fund, The Cavaleros Group, Grid Construction, Collins Properties etc. This means that we have access to a vast property portfolio that become available to rent or buy.
